We knew that by creating this company, a lot of good could happen! With a combined passion for offering cute & sustainable gifts such as quilts, beanies, & swaddling blankets we also wanted to create a way to give back.

What sweeter way to do that than with our honey bees! They don't just make the honey we love so much, they also happen to pollinate a large percentage of the food crops we rely on along with many of our beautiful flowers and plants.

So Honey & Hive Co. was created. A modern baby & toddler boutique, that offers a way for you to support the handmade movement and with a portion of proceeds from every sale going to our partner The Urban Beekeeping Laboratory & Bee Sanctuary an opportunity to also help our earth.

MAGGIE
Maggie is the creator of Honey & Hive Co. Having a Biology degree, she has a strong passion for the natural world. Paired with her love for all things handmade, she knew a difference could be made by combining both! By creating modern, fun, and sustainable gifts she hopes spread joy and help our partner continue their work with our honey bees!
JUSTIN & THEO
Maggie's husband and son, Justin & Theo are such a big part of the creation and philosophy behind Honey & Hive Co. Not only is their support ever present, but with Justin's matching passion for nature and Theo an ever present reminder of who will inherit this earth it all intertwines with why we do what we do here at Honey & Hive Co.
SPENCE
Spence is the web and marketing design mastermind for the Honey & Hive Co. team! He has an amazing eye for everything modern and is passionate about all that Honey & Hive Co. stands for. With a clear vision, he helps to tell our story with every aspect of our branding and philosophy.

The world as we know it and so much more would not be possible without our honey bees. Essentially, if you eat food, you need bees! The plight of their health and declining numbers, due to Colony Collapse Disorder, has reached a global scale that we simply can no longer ignore. It's time to get educated, involved, and passionate!
URBAN BEEKEEPING
LABORATORY & BEE SANCTUARY
Based out of Boston, The Urban Beekeeping Laboratory & Bee Sanctuary is a Non-Profit organization that focuses on researching methods that can be applied to our honey bees to improve their health. Through their "Sponsor-A-Beehive" program they also donate managed beehives to community gardens, schools, libraries, non-profits, farms, and low-income communities in an effort to spread awareness of their benefits and improve bee populations.
NOAH WILSON-RICH, PH.D.
As the founder, Noah brings passion and a fresh perspective to mending the health of our honey bees. From his TED Talks, creation of The Best Bees Company to help aid the research he performs with his team, and international outreach efforts. They are a source of great inspiration and hope for the future of our honey bees.
